What is interesting... Part 15 (wildlife in Singapore - 1)

Yep... been taking quite a few of the wildlife of Singapore...

Featuring Pasir Ris Park!

Took a day leave to visit that place that many had said to be haven for birds. And armed with my 70-200mm f4L + 1.4x TC, I wanted to get some shots that I could be proud of. Woke up at 0600hrs in the morning, went out at around 0700hrs because I took a long time to eat my breakfast and pack my bag.

Caught the NE line MRT to Serangoon, change to Circle line MRT at Serangoon station and get to Payar Lebar MRT... then went on to EW line and get down to Pasir Ris MRT. (For Singaporean, you should know what I am saying), for non-Singaporean and those who don't know our transport system... forget it and read on.

And lets break out the kitties!

This song rang in my head,

Soft kitty,
Warm kitty,
Little ball of fur
Happy kitty
Sleepy kitty
Purr Purr Purr...

And of course... the butterflies! Well... this is special... only one tree had lots of flowers blooming among the range of trees... and this tree had hundreds of butterflies on it.

Painting like... I kind of love the composition of this photo.

And of course there are other creatures in the park too...

Our eight legged friends...

And a sad five legged spider... with her perfect web.

Well... of course nature consist of more than just animals and insects... and only stupid people would think of that... Like people so engross in people breaking a few branches here and there...

This is taken with my ND400 filter to reduce the glare of the sun.
